Yesterday will always be a part of you. Yesterday has made you who you are.
You should not be dwelling on yesterday today.
If you need to, address the fact that your yesterday existed. You can’t change that, and I wouldn’t want you to. Your yesterdays have shaped your outlook on the world, your relationships, your career. In fact, your yesterdays have shaped your life. Acknowledge that. Accept your yesterdays – they have been your opportunities and missed opportunities, they have been your successes and failures. They have been your relationships and interactions that have worked and not worked.
hopefully you have emerged to rise better and stronger.
to dwell on your yesterdays and the negative aspects of your yesterdays wastes your time.
Valuable time that you could be using to improve your life and your future.
Time to change how much of today you let your yesterdays take up.
Time to change how you feel about your yesterdays.
Time to use your yesterdays to improve your today and tomorrow.
Are you ready to focus more on today and the future than dwelling on the past?
